Bernies About North East

Bernie Slaven will be visiting Hillstreet on Thursday 8th December between 11.30 am and 4.00pm  signing copies of his new book Beries About North East.

The Bernie's About idea came from when Bernie worked for Boro TV between 1998 and 2002. Over those years he met and interviewed some of the greatest players ever to wear the red shirt of Middlesbrough as well as some of the high profile managers.

After the success of his first two books Bernie decided to write a North East version. In this he recounts interviews with some of the North Easts' greatest footballing legends including Sir Bobby Robson, Niall Quinn, Jack Charlton, Brian Clough and old sparring partner Malcolm Macdonald.

Bernies About North East is priced at only £12 for the hard back edition of which £1 will go to the Gary Parkinson Fund.
